    Hi folks

I'm very close to buying this product, but I can't find it anywhere on the website or in here where it discusses the use of Metastock data format and/or TradeStation Prosuite 2000i. Does anyone know if it's compatible with either one?

    Thanks

We support old metastock format, not Metastock 7. We support ASC format, most people use CSV format with ASC. We also support both CSI  data formats.

You can translate existing 2000i systems and functions at about 90%+. Then they will run in TradersStudio.

What about Global Server? Can I import those data into TraderStudio?

By the way, how does the upgrade works and how often do you have upgrades?

If you can get data into CSV format you can import it. If not you will not be able to. We read metastock 1 format , not the newer Metastock 7. Metastock 1 is still used by data vendors like Pinnacle.

We offer at least 1 major upgrade when you purchase TradersStudio. We do a major upgrade about once per year.

Is quotes-plus your ONLY data vendor for EOD data? How EASY is it to integrate other data vendor formats into your system should I choose not to use quote-plus?

We don't even directly support quotes plus . We support CSI, Metastock 1 format and any ASC format you want. Most common is to use CSV format.

Note,  The new version in beta fully supports Metastock format. It should be released before July 4th.

The beta is compatible with the current metastock format. The old product is only compatiable with metastock ,older format which supports less than 255 files.

We don't read 2000i server format directly, you would need to export the data in csv format.
