I did forex test with slippage setting, but unfortunately I did not see it was execuated. My question is :1) slippage setting is really functional or NOT? 2) If it is, how to set it properly?

    Thank you for your time.

I changed in the control panel slippage from 0 to $10.00 per trade and it effected profit correctly. , it is functional. Try changing it using the built in session Forex test.

In addition when you set up the data universe you can set up a spread which is in effect slippage. The thread is assigned in pips.

    Hi, Murray,

Thank you for help. In my opinion, spread and slippage are different. How to set both correctly?

I am only trading forex, so the availble 2 tradeplans are too less foe me. Is there any way to use 3 money management plan
like: the fixed risk strategy, percent margin strategy, one unit strategy?

Is there other msg strategy like this: start with fixed dollar risk, and when equity go up to some extent, start trading more lots with same fixed dollar per lot.

I am newbie to any backtesting software, and have no programming experience, your patient and help is greatly appreciated.

It's a simple channel breakout system which exits trades and is not just stop and reverse.
