My upgraded version 2.5 has installed the programming wizard but it is not shown in TS ｍｅｎｕ．　ｔｈｅ　ｔｅｃｈｎｉｃａｌ　ｓｕｐｐｏｒｔ　ｓａｉｄ　ｉｔ　ｉｓ　ｎｏｔ　ｃｏｍｐａｔｉｂｌｅ　ｗｉｔｈ　ｖｉｓｔａ．　Ｉｓ　ｔｈａｔ　ｔｒｕｅ　ｏｒ　ｎｏｔ　ｉｎｓｔａｌｌｅｄ　ｐｒｏｐｅｒｌｙ？ｔｈａｎｋ　ｙｏｕ　ｆｏｒ　ｈｅｌｐ．
