I am a new user of TS, having some trouble importing data.

I have followed the instructions in the manual for importing data from CSI (this is what I have) and come up with an error.

1.  I add data links
2.  Select "CSI" as data format type
3. select directory -  C:\ua\files
4.  Scan directory and sub.

"Directory does not have files of the selected type"

These are CSV files.  Am I trying to add from the wrong location?

CSV files need to be added as ASC, also you need to add 1 directory at a time when adding ASC , you can't do it with a scan. If you have any other problems please send some sample data files to Murray@Tradersstudio.com
