Hi Murray,

is there anybody out here ?

Tried to get answers sending several emails but mostly failed, just Steve answering twice very shortly.

It seems all of you are busy with making lots of money.

Are potential customers beneficial or more a burdon. For me it seems more to be the second one.

I was close  to buy Traders'Studio and Trend Harmony but got many doubts now.

My questions:

Is Traders'Studio downloadable or will it be shipped. Is it protected by a key or a dongle ?

For Trend Harmony it is not stated on the webpage that the source code is available. Please confirm that it is disclosed for purchasers.

Is the Super Turtle system still included in the package Traders'Studio + Trend Harmony.

Does any of the systems also work for stock index futures like S&P500 or FDAX?

Can you give some hints about getting data. For some indices,  ETFs and hard commodities how - could a cheap solution look like ?  Is is possible to use "Quote Plus" in this case ? Do you have any recommendation ?

(By the way this forum is not working with SeaMonkey),

regards

Ulrich

Last week we had problems with  our servers , the problem was compounded because I was out of town and the server was not fixed till Sunday.

New customer are not a burdon, I go out of town only a few times a year and when I do , things sometimes fall behind ,since the remaining staff has to try to address some of my duties.

There are no need to have doubts, our customers are our main concern. If you have any issues, you can e-mail me at Murray@TradersStudio.com.

TradersStudio is shipped , but you can also recieve it by download also by requesting it after you order the product. The SuperTurtle package is included in the trade harmony package for a little while longer, I plan to unbundle them within the next few months since both systems have done so well.

I have seperate systems for the stock indexes and trend following. I have a package which includes a bond and S&P500 system now and will be releasing another S&P500 system within the next month or so. All of my systems are fully disclosed, you will need to sign a NDA, but the systems are disclosed.

I use CSI data for stocks and indexes, We looked at Quotes plus and he never added dividend support for stocks and a way of maintaining a totally unadjusted database in parellell with split only. CSI does that for us which is why they are the prefered data vendor for stock and etf's.

What is SeaMonkey ?.
