Hi TradersStudio-team,

on the 16th I have ordered TradersStudio with different Addins etc. and received an automatic invoice.

Last week I asked under Sales@TradersStudio.com when I can expect my order by mail.

Unfortunately I have no response at all. Tryed to call up the Sales Dept. did not work either because

there is apparently a blocked phone number, which is not true.

Probably there is a technical issue because I'm calling from abroad.

 

It would be very kind of you if you can contact me concerning my order.

OK, now I got the stuff.

Some weeks ago I have requested an activation key and I still haven't a response yet.

I sent today the second request.

BTW when changing computers, can I have a new key in case I would use 2 keys at a time?

We get many requests for keys per day and do answer them all. I have been out of town for the past week or so and will be back Friday.  What is your E-Mail. Sometimes E-Mails get spammed either from our side or yours. We always answer key requests.

 

Did you send us the hardware fingerprint in your request since this is required.

E-Mail me at Murray@TradersStudio.com. I will personally take care of any issues you have when I get back on Friday.
