3D Optimization Addin and System Validater™

One of the most important factors when developing a system is how robust the parameters you have chosen are.  One of the classic ways to do this is to look at the optimization results using 3D charts.  Now you can do that and more with this new Excel addin created for TradersStudio^® users.

You can now look at the optimization space for a system in 3D.  Here is an example of a dual moving average crossover which shows why this is not a good system.  This addin can save your account because it will stop you from trading systems which are not robust.

In addition we also have a System Validater™ which runs metric, I have developed to tell you if the parameter space of the system is robust enough to trade.
